Purple black tea, is a type of tea made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, but with a purple hue. The purple color in tea leaves is often the result of anthocyanin pigments.
Usage:
Heat the water.
Place the water in a tea kettle and heat it just to a rolling boil, or between 200° and 212°F.
Pre-warm the teapot or cup.(optional)
Measure the tea leaves.
Place the leaves in the teapot or cup.
Pour the water.
Cover the teapot or cup.
Keep it cozy (optional).
Steep the tea. You can now enjoy you cup of Tea.
